{The Last of the} Smoothies – Part 4

And so we’ve made it to an end. Our 40 day Smoothie Challenge is over and we are either back to our usual daily eating habits or keeping smoothies as part of our lives. Either way, the 40 day challenge was exciting, interesting and different. It required some discipline (I admit, I skipped a few days due to the amazing Valentine’s weekend getaway) and preparations, but it also gave us amazingly tasting smoothies and a feeling that we are doing something good for ourselves and our bodies.

I am only sharing the recipes for the smoothies I actually made AND found really delicious, so you won’t be seeing all the 40 recipes, but I believe these 30 all together should be enough for you to get to know the process and get some ideas to create some new flavor combinations yourself.
